Youth Lodge Flap and Tenure Incentive Plan

The Youth Lodge Flap and Tenure Incentive Plan is available only to Youth that meet the requirements listed below.

The Youth Lodge Flap consists of the current Lodge Flap with a distinctive silver border (as opposed to the standard blue).
The Tenure Pins are available after first receiving the flap and according to the requirements listed.

Lodge Officers

-To receive the youth patch you must be elected by the youth of the lodge.

-To receive a tenure pin, you must attend LLD and all LEC's or have a designated represented in your place with the exception of one meeting in a lodge calendar year. (Note- calling the conference call counts as attending but in person is strongly recommended)


Chapter Chiefs

-To receive the youth patch you must get elected as Chapter chief by your chapter

-To receive a tenure pin, you must attend LLD and all LEC's or have a designated representative in your place with the exception of one meeting in a lodge calendar year. (Note- calling the conference call counts as attending but in person is strongly recommended). Must Attend 80% of Chapter Meeting or have a designated representative in your place.


Chapter Officers

-To receive the youth patch you must get elected as a chapter vice chief by your chapter

-To receive a tenure pin, you must attend LLD and 80% of your chapter meetings or have a designated representative in your place. Must attend at least 1 LEC.


Ceremony team

-To receive the youth patch you must attend 4 ceremony team practices, and participate or assist in a ceremony at your fall chapter conclave.

- To receive a tenure pin every additional year you participate on ceremony team you may add a tenure feather on to your lodge flap


OA Reps

-To receive the youth patch you must be an active troop rep in your unit for a period of six months. You must also attend 80% of your Chapter meetings.

-To receive a tenure pin you must be an Active OA Troop Rep for a period of one year and attend 80% of your chapter meetings. You must also assist in at least one OA Troop election that is not your own unit.


Elangomats

-To receive the youth patch you must Work as an Elangomat at the fall conclave. Also you must commit and show evidence that you have worked on the extended Elangomat program (call/ email your clan throughout the year to remind them of lodge and chapter events) and achieve 50% Brotherhood conversion for you clan.

-To receive a tenure pin you must complete the above requirements for the following year.
